Stairwell cleaning for apartment buildings and condominiums

The stairwell is the part of property care that tenants see every day. I clean the entrance, steps, landings, handrails, letterboxes and, when agreed, the laundry room. Whether that is weekly or every two weeks is decided after the visit. It is not an automatic weekly plan for every building.

• Entrance Doors, doorbell panel, letterbox bank and the dirt-trap mat.
• Stairs Vacuum and damp mop, cobwebs removed, handrails wiped.
• Windows Only on the agreed rhythm, not on every visit.
• Report What is broken, or does not belong there, goes to the manager with a short photo.

Cleaning is part of property care. The guide price from CHF 450 per month is for the agreed scope, not for a whole building including garden, waste and building services unless that is in the schedule of duties.
