SAMPLE · AGREED INDIVIDUALLY
A clear brief builds trust. This five-part Swiss sample shows possible tasks and intervals. After the free visit we agree the binding scope together for your property.
| Area | Work | Interval |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Stairwell & entrance | Clean entrance doors, letterboxes, doorbell panels and handrails; vacuum or damp-mop stairs, landings and the lift; remove cobwebs, maintain dirt-trap mats and clean windows on the agreed cycle. | Weekly / fortnightly; windows quarterly |
| 2. Common rooms & underground garage | Clean the laundry room, drying room, cellar corridors, bicycle room and shared areas; check the underground garage, visitor parking, ramps and floor drains, and sweep them as agreed. | Fortnightly / monthly / as needed |
| 3. Building services & waste | Inspection round covering lighting, heating pressure, the water softener and visible faults; replace lamps, refill softener salt, place waste and green-waste containers according to that municipality’s collection schedule, and keep the standing area and containers clean. | Inspection monthly; waste according to the collection schedule |
| 4. Garden care & grounds | Mow the lawn, trim edges, cut hedges and shrubs, remove weeds from beds and paths without chemicals, collect leaves, keep patios clean and dispose of green waste properly. | Seasonal / every 14 days / according to the care plan |
| 5. Winter service | Clear snow from entrances, pavements, steps, ramps and agreed parking spaces; treat ice with salt or grit, record inspection rounds and refill grit. Only in the nearby zone, and only for a limited number of properties. | The route and start time are in the call-out plan, not a blanket 6:00 start |
Defects and anything unusual are reported to the management. Repairs, materials and extra call-outs are agreed in advance. Winter call-outs follow the weather, the agreed route and the schedule of duties.
